1. About us

SeoulBrilla is an online store specializing in official K-pop albums, merchandise, lightsticks, apparel, and collectibles related to Korean culture, operated from Chile with products shipped directly from Korea.

2. Eligibility and user accounts

You can shop at SeoulBrilla as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide us with truthful, current, and complete information when registering.

New accounts require activation via a link sent to your email before you can log in. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information or misuse the Site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep our product information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that descriptions, images, or other Site content are always free of errors.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit available quantities at any time without notice. If we detect an obvious pricing error on an order that's already been placed, we'll contact you before processing it.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation doesn't constitute final acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock availability, product information errors, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed through Flow.cl, our authorized payment provider in Chile. SeoulBrilla doesn't store your card or payment method details — these are handled directly by the payment provider under its own security standards.

For billing purposes, we ask for your RUT when you purchase or register.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products sold by SeoulBrilla are sourced and handled directly from South Korea. The estimated arrival date or timeframe for each product is shown on its respective product listing.

The published price of a product includes the costs associated with importing it into Chile, so customers won't need to make additional payments for import taxes or duties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The only additional cost related to fulfillment is shipping within Chile, from our dispatch point to the address provided by the customer. This shipping cost is calculated and shown to you when you complete your purchase, based on the delivery address, size, and characteristics of the order.

The delivery timeframes shown on each listing are estimates and may be affected by factors outside SeoulBrilla's control, such as customs processes, international transport, flight availability, logistics conditions, courier companies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is handed off to the courier service in Chile, delivery timing and conditions depend on that company. SeoulBrilla will provide available tracking information so you can monitor your order.

SeoulBrilla doesn't guarantee an exact delivery date when delays are caused by third parties or external circumstances. That said, we'll do our best to keep you informed of any situation that could significantly affect your order's estimated timeframe.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discounts, coupons, and promotions published on the Site (including the welcome discount on your first order) are subject to the specific conditions of each offer and may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

7. Cancellations and returns

Due to the nature of the products SeoulBrilla sells — albums, official merchandise, limited editions, and collectible items imported from South Korea — cancellation requests are subject to the order's current status and applicable regulations.

Once an order has shipped from South Korea or is in the process of being imported, it can no longer be cancelled for personal reasons, without prejudice to any rights consumers may have under Chilean law.

SeoulBrilla doesn't offer exchanges or returns based on personal taste or a change of mind, including cases where a customer isn't satisfied with the design, color, version, member, or content of the product received.

For albums and products that include photocards, postcards, polaroids, or other inclusions randomly distributed by the manufacturer, we don't accept exchanges or returns for not receiving a specific photocard, member, design, or version the customer was hoping for, since these inclusions depend directly on the manufacturer's own distribution.

Likewise, normal variations in manufacturing, printing, color, cutting, or other minor details typical of mass production aren't automatically considered defects, as long as they don't affect the product's use or essential characteristics.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, is missing contents, or doesn't match what was ordered, the customer should contact SeoulBrilla so the case can be evaluated under the legal warranty and other rights established by Chilean law.

To help with the review, we recommend keeping the original packaging and recording photos or video of the unboxing, especially for sealed items. This record may be requested as supporting evidence when evaluating the case.

Requests must be made through our official contact channels, including the order number and a description of the issue, along with photos or videos when possible.

SeoulBrilla reserves the right to request additional evidence or consult with the supplier or manufacturer when necessary to determine the cause of the issue.

Nothing in this section limits the right of withdrawal or the legal warranty where applicable under Chilean law.

8. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data that don't belong to you.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Collect other users' information without their consent.
• Interfere with the Site's security or normal operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, images, and structure — is the property of SeoulBrilla or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior authorization.

Trademarks, images, and the names of artists, groups, and record labels belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the official products we sell.

10. Live chat and communications

The Site includes a live chat feature to provide you with support. Conversations may be reviewed by our team to improve customer service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoulBrilla isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased, including delays caused by third parties such as couriers, customs, or payment providers.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. We recommend checking back occasionally to stay informed.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
